I placed an order for ONE cap May 31, 2020. With everything being slowed down due to the pandemic, I did not expect to receive my order within a couple of weeks, however I also did not expect it to take TWO MONTHS (especially considering I received items being delivered from the UK and China within a month). On 6/25/2020 I emailed to check on the status of my order and asked for a refund if not shipped. I received a response on 6/30/2020 stating processing would "take 5-7 business days normally but due to COVID situation, this may take around 2-3 weeks". I waited patiently, but being that they had exceeded the 2-3 week mark and I still had no shipping info I emailed AGAIN asking for a refund on 7/12/2020. I also opened a case via PayPal. On the 13th I received an email stating my order was being fulfilled (find that hard to believe) so I could not get a refund. I emailed back immediately asking when the order would be fulfilled because this should've been a 2-3 week process according to their own CS rep and escalated to a claim via PayPal. Of course I never received a response. They had until the 22nd to respond to PayPal and finally today 7/21/2020 they respond to PayPal and I magically receive shipping information for something I no longer want because it was for a gift I wanted to give in late June.
