CAP 10 has all the equipment you need for a great workout. Trainers are also available to give you scheduled workouts every week. Oh and the best part it’s open 24/7 to fit any workout schedule. This is a no frills gym that has everything you need for a well rounded routine. The trainers know their stuff and switch up the routine to keep it fresh so you can stay consistent. You can reserve the peloton treadmill and bike to ensure you get cardio in anytime.
