Alyssa is absolutely the best! She took our dog peach and did a total 180 with her. After our initial conversation we decided as a group that it was in Peach’s best interest to do a board and train. I was definitely hesitant to give my fur family member to someone for 4 weeks but Alyssa made me so comfortable and confident in the decision. She kept in touch the entire four weeks with text, video and photo updates! It was amazing to see peach make major strides so quickly and we couldn’t have done it with Canyon State Canine! Bringing peach home has been amazing, she is still following commands and keeping up the amazing behavior. We even took her on public outings already and it’s so much better. We could never have gotten to this place with Peach if it wasn’t for Alyssa. I 1,000% highly recommend using Canyon State Canine for all of your training needs! More...

What do you love most about your job?
Improving the relationship between dogs and their people. When you understand each other better, everything about living together is easier and more enjoyable.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working for a wonderful company in Michigan I moved to Arizona with high standards. Trainers either were not hiring or I didn't agree with their training methods. So I started my own business so I could do what I love the way I love to do it.
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm not pure positive and I'm not all collars and force either. I'm balanced in favor of your dogs needs. I promise your dog will thank you.

I can do Puppy Preschool for dogs 4 months and younger remotely. Otherwise, I prefer to train in person.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I always wear a mask. I sanitize before and after appointments. I do my best to work outside and keep a safe distance as much as possible.
