My boyfriend and I just tried Canvas for the first time this evening. We were expecting to have a wait due to it being a Friday evening, but we were seated right away. It was slightly loud in the beginning as the bar was full with people enjoying their Friday after work drinks. But as the bar cleared out the atmosphere was wonderful, the service was good, but the food was phenomenal. Best Brunch I’ve had in a while! The bottomless mimosas are perfect concocted with 95% bubbly and a splash of juice! The food is spot on with what you would find in the Orlando area - great for the area - average for the country. I was told by a local and foodie friend that food in the Orlando area was mediocre at best but it is improving! I would definitely make a stop here since its next to the airport and makes a perfect spot for grabbing drinks and a traditional breakfast or Latin American influenced breakfast foods!
