This is the best barbershop in Riverside! It is a great environment every time I go to get my son and I haircut. I enjoy how the guys open all conversations up to include everyone working and every client who is interested in having their voice herd. Just like any barbershop there is music playing BUT if a mother walks in they are quick to censor the music as a sign of respect. As a father of a young child I appreciate that. All the guys in here are great. Personally I get my hair cut my Duce. I am thankful to find him because my last barber was pushing my line back, but Duce gets my right each time. Atmosphere- good music choice and a very relaxed setting with lots of seating and and had a TV that with sports on.Cut- I walked in and Bobby? (had glasses and hat) was my barber, there was no wait and I told him about my hair and how I wanted to fix a cowlick behind the spiral that was annoying me and it constantly went in the opposite direction when I tried to style it, I told him that I wanted a skin fade. He fixed my cowlick and did a superb job on the fade and really took his time to make sure every detail was correct. I liked how he paid extra attention to everything. I came on a Weds afternoon and it was slow. I wasn't paying attention to the time but I think it took around 45 minutes. If you're in a rush, go somewhere else.Price- I told him it was my first time and he honored the 20% off price and it came out to $20 before tipLocation- It is next to the car stereo place and has a small parking lot, but it looks like there's more parking in the back.I would recommend Bobby to anyone who wants a fine haircut with attention to detail. Been coming to see Chan for over two years now. He was the first one to ever give me a fade and I trust no one else to do it right. Always a relaxing atmosphere, with bumping EDM playing and coffee/charging available as needed/wanted. I've been going to Isaac at Blank Canvas Barbershop for about 4-5 months. This is the best barber shop I have been to in Columbus. All the guys there are laid back and friendly and they treat you like they appreciate your business. Great quality work, too, which is the most important thing. I don't even look in the mirror after a cut because it always comes out great. Great crew, good location, appointment booking, has that old school/new school vibe, fair prices and a few amenities (ex: music, pool table) if you just want to relax before getting in barber chair.

I have taken my son to many barbers/shops over the years & he completely dislikes the haircut experience every time. Everything from the atmosphere to the wait times just make him cringe. After 5 minutes at Canvas, he turns to me & says, "I like it here!" Or at least that's what I think I heard.  It was hard to hear him over the angels singing! I'm so stoked to find an establishment that is so chill. There is plenty of seats for waiting,  if you have to wait. However, we had an appointment with Jourden who I highly recommend.  He took his time to make sure he gave me exactly what I wanted & it was nice not to feel rushed. Prices are fair. Restroom is clean. Music was very niice. Staff is amazing and had the most stand out customer service,  period. Every gentleman in the shop took the time to say hello to my son,  the customer. Wouldn't let anybody else touch my hair. I vary between a haircut every two to three weeks here and Sobin gets it perfect every time. Really easy to use scheduling and they can handle all styles. I've had short basic haircut with them to trendy soccer cuts to growing my top out to a french braid. Whatever you want, they will do it right. Have had plenty of instances where I was in a bind and Sobin squeezed me in before a big event or came up with good styling ideas for me.
