I had ordered flowers and requested delivery the day after the new family of 3 were due home. Unfortunately, the new mom ended up back in the hospital that day. These wonderful people called the new dad when there was no answer at their home, heard what was happening and went out of their way to track the new mom down in the hospital to deliver the flowers. Erika,I saw your review, I sent you a personal email and didn't hear back from you.I went over all the notes and this is the conversations that we had. "To say the least , I apologize with all my heart. Lovingly created a real mess. They are a company that sends us orders and controls our website. I spent 2/8,9,11,12 and 13 working from 9-5 everyone of those days trying to get our system up and running. I was going from one Technician to another from Lovingly, Teleflora, Cox and the printer.I'm not trying to make excuses I'm just trying to shed some light on this issue. Feb. 12 Lovingly sent over your order but because of their printer issue we did not get the order.The next morning I saw the order but didn't get the ticket until later in the afternoon. I went ahead and ordered the plants to fill this order but they did not get here until after 5:00. On 2/14 I called Abrazo West to find out if he was still there and he had been discharged. I called Lovingly to see if they had another phone number or address so that we could deliver the order. I also left several messages with you to get information so that we could deliver with no response. On 2/19 after being off a few days I saw that the order had still not been delivered when I returned I assumed the information that we needed was given to us. I then saw that Lovingly automatically sent delivery confirmations to you which they have never been done before.This troubles me because my customers are important to me. I reached out to you wanting to make all this right. I told you that I would still deliver the order and refund your money. I still did not receive delivery information. My father always got my mother lavender roses on their anniversary so I've been sending them to her in his stead since he passed away in 2015. None of them have ever been as beautiful as those sent by Desert Oasis. Every flower in the bouquet is perfect and fragrant, and placed beautifully by Yolanda. Delivered by Andrea who also gave me a follow up call to make sure we were satisfied with what we received. Excellent product, excellent artistry, and excellent customer service. I will definitely be a repeat customer! What a wonderful experience, peaceful environment, with professional and friendly service!! My first time walking into a floral shop and having a birthday bouquet created within 30 minutes that was absolutely beautiful.
