Ro listened to all my family members and created a schedule for our dogs that worked for all of us! She even gave us ideas on how to contain puppy in our house which we didn’t see. She is a caring professional dog lover! My dogs worked amazing for her! I highly recommend Ro!! I will continue to work with her and will recommend her to everyone in need of an excellent trainer! My wife and I were very pleased with Roseanne WELLBROKE, our dog trainer. Very competent and knows her stuff. She has been keeping in touch to see how we are progressing. Highly recommended.
What do you love most about your job?
The ability to improve the relationship between a dog and it's family.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In 1991 I attended a variety of obedience schools while competing with my Akita. I was often asked to assist the instructors and encouraged to attend more training. After assisting other instructors for a couple of years I formed Canine Communications Inc. offering group and private lessons. Currently only private lessons are available.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have over 29 years experience teaching people to train their dogs. Years of attending schools and workshops have given me many tools to choose from to tailor create a program for your individual dog. For the past 20 years I have been the Director of Training for the Shelter Connection. A volunteer group that works in conjunction with the Town of North Hempstead Animal Shelter. I teach the volunteers to work with the shelter dogs. I am a retired NYPD K9 Bloodhound handler. I look forward to helping you improve your relationship with your canine companion.
