My appointments are predominantly remote. With Hypnotherapy, I have certain dispensations for in-person sessions. They are decided case by case.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Generally, sessions are remote. On the rare occasion, they are in-person, masks, hand sanitizer, and vaccination records are required.
Relationship Coaching
Using my 12-week intensive 1-1 course "Love Life Skills for Leaders" I help perfectionistic people heal the past, love themselves unconditionally, and start their love lives over from a clean slate. Whether or not you are in a relationship, I teach the skills to create your best possible long-term romantic experience.
Hypnotherapy
As a licensed and certified hypnotherapist, I support clients in achieving optimal emotional and physical health. Specifically, I can help you overcome emotional challenges in love, life, and career. I also help clients win over struggles with weight, addiction, localized pain, depression, anxiety, and fertility.
