I don't often write reviews, but dinner service last night was worthy of a 5-star note. Chef Vincenzo and his team do a phenomenal job of turning out some killer pasta and meat dishes that are also well priced. Go to for me is the short rib tortelloni. The restaurant is a gem. The hostess met us with a smile and a comfortable welcome. The wait staff is great, the bread with roasted eggplant was delicious to start the evening. The cocktail menu was tempting and delicious. We had roasted Brussels sprouts with sausage as a starter to share and the artichoke dish. Fabulous.. Osteria Tulia never disappoints! We come here quite often and love everything they serve.  The atmosphere is lively and comfortable, and sitting outside is beautiful. All of the staff is tremendous and provide the attention needed, including clearing plates, keeping your water glass filled, ordering drinks, and ensuring everything is to your liking.  The Sicilian meatballs are a fav appetizer.  We tried the octopus last night, and it was fabulous!  Cocktails are soooo good and the alcohol proportion is perfect.They have a wonderful selection of main course dishes that are layered with flavor and variety. It's difficult to decide which dish to order, because they are all so good!  From their pizza to homemade pastas to rich and flavorful meats and sauces, it's delicious!Dessert is such a treat!  The raspberry crostata is divine and can only be beat by the key lime pie when it is on the menu!! The braised lamb special i had last night, upon recommendation by my knowledgeable and gracious server, Michael, was the best lamb i can remember eating in my life. They indulged me with a side dish of spaghetti con Pesci that was delightful. And the lemon mint gelato was the perfect finish to my meal. Bravo! 5 stars More...

Very delicious food. We happen to just stop here. The food was really good, artichokes were amazing ! And so was the Brussel sprouts. I can't imagine less than five stars for this restaurant! We live in Miami and would almost drive across just for their food and drinks. I only review restaurants I love, and this one is one of of my new favorites! Great atmosphere and service! Add the Sicilian Spritz to your order of pasta with fall apart roasted meet-no need to thank me, but you'll want to! First time at this spot, right on 5 ave. Decor gets a 5, very nicely done in there. Staff was absolutely great, our server Fred, was extremely knowledgeable on every dish we asked about and was there every time we looked, to take care of our needs. Mind you, the restaurant was full and the service did not lack! The food was amazing, we tried 4 different things and loved every single one. So yummy! We got to eat outside with our dog for dinner . We had the special of the day appetizer of the Squash blossom, ordered a pasta dish  what is nice is you get the option of trying half/half of two different pastas if you can't decide what ju want. This is my favorite restaurant to take family and friends who visit from out of town. My fiancé planned an engagement dinner (with both of our families that included 15 people) at Tulia's after he proposed, and the owners/staff made us feel so special no matter how busy they were on a Saturday night. The fact that they accommodated such a big group, and our family members still speak of the food and experience to this day, can attest to the family-oriented restaurant the owners strive to establish! This place is so special! We shared a pizza, the short rib pasta dish, and strawberry dessert with key lime ice cream and everything was great. We arrived 35 mins before close and they were still SO accommodating and didn't make us feel rushed at all. Great cocktails but what really stole the show was the eggplant spread the accompanied the bread at the beginning of the meal. Just really unique and set the tone! We've been here 4 times and it might as well have been 8 because we order so much food. It can't be helped because everything sounds so good and we love leftovers to have the next day. Service has always been top notch and I hope we never experience a server on an off day because service is as important as the cuisine. Keep it up! The octopus is my fav! Great Authentic Italian restaurant in Naples, FL.  We couldn't decide between several pasta dishes and they let us do half portions of each!  Everything is made from scratch and they will let you alter any dish.  We had half portions of the Cacio de Pepe and Orecchiette and then the Osso Bucco with Parmesan/Mushroom Risotto.  Our waitress Kim was fantastic and we highly recommend it! Right on 5th street which allowed for great people watching.  They have indoor and outdoor seating.  For appetizers we tried the Sicilian Meatballs and mussels. Both were very good. Delicious fresh homemade pasta. We tried the short ribs tortelloni Yum!  cacio e Pepe and beef medallions.  All the dishes were very good. Great dining experience. We went for the restaurant week dining menu and it was fabulous. Our server, Laura, was exceptional! Three full size courses! The choices were inspired and everything we had was delicious! Great salads, minestrone and beef carpaccio to start. Tenderloin of beef and the chef’s delectable chicken dish proved to be everything our server said they would be! And the light as a feather tiramisu was the best I’ve ever had including many Italian restaurants we visit in NYC! The house made limoncello was the perfect ending to a wonderful evening. Drove here from the East Coast to visit friends that were in town. We chose this restaurant because you can't go wrong with real Italian. Osteria tulia has a really nice atmosphere. The eggplant spread they give you with their bread is excellent. The prosciutto appetizer was delicious and a good portion! My boyfriend and I both had pasta dishes which were very good. Mine was pasta with Parmesan cream sauce, peas and prosciutto. Servings were a bit small and felt a little rushed. My girlfriend and I ate here. Food was amazing. I had the chicken valdostano special and my girlfriend had the cacio e pepe. All their pasta is made fresh and in-house. I chose Osteria Tulia as a "new place" to try while staying with friends in Naples. Thanks to rave reviews from fellow Yelpers and a very interesting menu, we went for an alfresco Sunday dinner. The tables are a bit small but the excellent service made up for it. Upon sitting down, you are offered a delicious caponata and fresh Italian bread. The menu has a large Sicilian influence. This is not a typical menu and it deserves recognition for its freshness, innovation and creativity.
