This camp is amazing!!! My 14 year old had a blast. Sandy, Gary and sons are special people who go out of their way to make a difference in the world by letting kids know they are loved. My son wanted to attend for a second week and my only regret is being unable to make that happen for him. He could not stop talking about the fun activities and great people he met there, loved the food (the kid doesn’t eat) and experienced so many fun firsts in outdoor activities including paint ball, a zip line and horseback riding. Camp Osprey is amazing. This is my daughter's second year at Camp Osprey. I was hesitant sending her off to an overnight camp, so went one evening to do a tour and Mrs. Sandy, Mr. Gary her boys totally made us feel welcomed. We met a few of the counselors that were there as well. After the tour I totally felt comfortable leaving my daughter in their care. At the end of the week my daughter had so many wonderful memories and made life long friends that they all went back this year together. Sandy has left a lasting memory in my daughter that she will never forget her. She even plans to become a Counselor in Training. For this amazing couple and her family to do this during summer is a true testament of who they are. Giving up their summer to make our kids have an amazing week is truly heart warming and speaks for itself. I can't say enough about how truly blessed we are to have found Sandy, Camp Osprey, and her family. We will be back every year!!! Thank you for caring for Macey as if she is one of your own. More...

I just dropped off my son and nephew for a 2 week stay. As soon as we arrived we were are made to feel welcome.Then we went on a tour of the grounds and they show you how clean, safe and how much fun your kids will have. As a camper of Camp Osprey, I can tell you that it was the best summer camp experience that I have ever had. The staff consists of the sweetest, most humble people you will ever meet, the food is amazing, and the activities are like no other. Camp Osprey is a great camp.

Our children had the opportunity to attend Camp Osprey after a prior Camp suddenly closed the doors (while they were at the camp). Camp Osprey came recommended by one of the fellow campers parents from the other Camp. I was scared to send our children to another camp out of fear that something similar would happen. From the moment I spoke to Sandy on the phone about the Camp, she has this calming, nurturing way to her, that put this mom at ease. When we dropped off the kids for Camp we had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Gary, who also has this salt of the earth quality to him, so friendly, reassuring, and took his time showing us their camp and answered any questions that we had. I felt SO comfortable leaving our children in their care. Now on to the children..The first thing they said when they got into the car upon pick-up is "THAT WAS THE BEST CAMP EVER!!" They filled my ears full of stories and giggles the entire ride home. They were provided home cooked meals, a/c cabins, fun and games. For me as a parent, hearing them tell me that Mrs. Sandy went up to them and asked them if there is anything that they should do different for the campers to make it more enjoyable, they told me they said no, that it was amazing. To me that speaks so much volume because she wants to make sure that they are having a good time. I would recommend this camp to anyone. I also loved the added bonus that while our kids remained off the internet grid for the time they are there, they are given a small allotted time to use their phones after supper. This was great for me, because I could hear (or as the week progressed- lack of hearing because they were having way to much fun to talk to their mom) from them directly to know that they were having a great time. Mr. and Mrs. Bembry, thank you SO much for providing a safe, fun and loving camp to my children. We will be back. They absolutely loved you both, and your camp. We are thankful we found your camp. I would definitely RECOMMEND CAMP OSPREY AND MS.SANDY AND HER HUSBAND MR. GARY � ����I am a full time single mom and my daughter has had a rough year and she really needed a break from her reality to just get away and simply be a kid! She needed a place that was safe, fun, and a chance to make lasting memories with new friends that she normally would never get to meet! Making memories and sharing your time with others is something that you just can’t put a price tag on!! Ms. Sandy and Mr. Gary love my daughter as if she is their own and she is having the time of her life! We went and toured the camp last week. It has every activity that both boys and girls will enjoy, along with a wonderful staff. My 11 year old has never attended camp, but he was so excited to go. I took him yesterday, and I stayed for a few hours to see how he would do. My electronic addicted child did not ask or look for his phone the entire afternoon. He was too busy having fun and playing outside. I can't wait to hear all the stories at the end of the week. I only wish I was a kid again, so I could attend as well.
