Great spot right in the heart of Vashon Island. When we went it was still outdoor dining only but they had tons of seating and lots of covered seating in a tent outside as well. We had the meat pie and it was perfectly crispy outside with a deliciously flavorful filling. The tater tots were great with a nice spicy sauce. Fantastic beer and great service. I had the staff help me with my two beer choices and I loved them. First of all I'm a sucker for pies and it doesn't matter what kind, if it's a pie I'm in love. If there was a black van with tinted windows and it said pie inside ... you'd never see me again. With that being said if I do ever find this dream van I hope Camp Colvos pies are inside as well. The chicken and mushroom pie was delish! Tasted fresh and had the perfect crisp to the crust. Can't wait to come back. More...

Took a short ferry ride from point defiance to Vashon over the summer for a small socially distanced outdoor adventure. We made a quick stop to camp Colvos for a tasty growler on our way toward the park/water. We are so glad we did because their brews are great! This will always be a stop on our list to Vashon and we are excited for their opening in Tacoma in the near future. More...
