Terrible company to deal with! They sent me a buffet table that cost thousands of dollars that came broken. It has been over a year and they still have not replaced the base. They won't do anything about it and every time I call, Nicoli acts like he can't remember who I am, but always promises to call back and never does. William feels really bad about it but that's as far as it goes. I purchased a matching dining room table with 6 chairs that cost a fortune, but they continue to jerk me around. Went in looking for a couple of dining chairs to go with our wood table. Michael showed us around and recommended a few options. Rather than wait for a custom build, we bought two of the floor model chairs. They're even better than we had hoped. We love them and are looking forward to enjoying them for many years. I highly recommend William Lee at Calligaris Westchester. I was looking for new kitchen chairs and William spent so much time with me going over the different chair styles, fabrics, woods and colors every time I came in to the store.
