Caliver Cleaning Services is a professional cleaning company based San Diego Ca. We pride ourselves in always providing and over meeting clients expectations at each and every cleaning. We always use a commercial vacuum and a commercial floor steamer, which removes 99. 9% of bacteria, resulting in outstanding results! We also provide "Clean Green" Cleanings (chemical free cleanings) whenever requested.

Please keep in mind we are not a maid/housekeeping service, we specialize in in-depth cleaning. What is the difference between a housekeeper and our professional cleaning service?

Our cleaning company works in a team. We provide all the proper commercial equipment and supplies and work in a scheduled basis; wether it be a Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, monthly or any needed days. Vs Housekeeping which usually involves one cleaner, average cleaning and supplies and equipment must be provided to them. Weekly and Bi-Weekly cleanings help our residential client's home's remain in clean standing; our weekly and Bi-Weekly clients also receive a discount!

Our commercial clients receive a professional cleaning result and every area is covered.

We are aware of how important time is for you and don't waist any second of yours. With our trained team we provide detailed cleaning in about 2.5hours vs Housekeeping who will usually stay in your home for a full days work.

Our commercial cleaners are skilled and trained to thoroughly complete job as well (Owner inspects every completed cleaning)

Common tasks our team provides are as followed:

• Deep cleaning surfaces (countertops, sinks, tubs, toilets, floors, appliances, etc.)

• Sanitizing kitchens from top to bottom, including the exterior of cabinets and drawers, exterior of appliances like stoves and refrigerators, countertops, sinks and drains, backsplashes, light switch plate covers, knobs and handles
• Cleaning tables and chairs
• Sanitizing bathrooms from top to bottom, including toilets, tubs, showers, sinks and drain openings and polishing chrome
• Dusting trim work, baseboards, doors, picture frames, light fixtures, etc.
•Commercial quality Vacuuming of upholstery and carpet
• Commercial quality Vacuuming and steam mopping hard floors
• Interior window cleaning (as we see needed)

If you are looking for light-duty work with organizing, laundry, and dish washing then a housekeeper would be a better fit for you but If you’re looking for a top-to-bottom in depth cleaning and disinfecting, then we are the team for you!
