Wish I could give 0 stars this trip. A 1 hour scheduled trip took 2 full hours and I missed my flight from SFO due to an accident on the Bay bridge. The gripe is that the driver told everyone AFTER he closed the doors that he "would get us to the airport a little later. Going via the Golden Gate at 10:30 am on a weekday via San Rafael and Golden Gate bridges isn't going to be a "little later". My family was still parked, and in truth they could have driven me to Bart and I could have still been on time. But no one was given the option of getting off the shuttle. We were all duped into believing it wouldn't be too much longer. I had to sit at the airport for 12 hours and leave on the only available flight at midnight. Then, when I called the main office to request a refund, the employee who claimed to be the manager went off on me using his fear tactics to brush off their failure to do right to their customers. I can also say the bathroom was dirty, without running water or soap to wash your hands. If you don't have luggage as was my case, don't bother with Evan's. The bart is faster and way less expensive. First bad and disappointing experience with this outfit. Not sure if the ownership changed but I can't recall the poor product delivery and high price to boot in addition to my missed flight and wait time at the airport all because we weren't informed before boarding the bus!!*******Reply to owner: Given the SFO is south of San Francisco, going north to then go through the city was unnecessary and questioned openly by another unknown passenger. Traveling south through the East Bay/Oakland routeto cross the San Mateo bridge would have put us squarely out of the chaos of Richmond and right out to SFO. More...

Staff is great and the buses are mostly clean, but no wifi or chargers that I'm aware of. My biggest complaint is that they don't accept credit cards. I'm a business traveler and need to put my expenses on my credit card. $40 is a fairly expensive ride, their policy of saving a couple percent in cc fees makes me look for other ways to get to the airport. Super convenient service and very friendly staff. Definitely the best way to get to Napa from San Francisco, even if you're not flying in to SFO.

Evans Airport Service is the BEST. They always, always arrive on time. The bus drivers are always nice and the location is centered close to everything. The fee is not bad, they did go up a year or two ago. Its $40.00 now, but still affordable. Its a nice relaxing facility inside while you wait for your bus. They have a TV, vending machines, ATM, clean bathroom facility and the staff is knowledgable and friendly. I once asked if I could leave my suitcase while I walked a block or two over to the restaurant to grab a quick bite to eat and the young lady said sure, which made me smile, because I didn't want to lug the suitcase with me. :) More...

My sister & I used Evans to/from Oakland Airport. Easy to find the bus loading location and the driver was friendly. Great price ($40 one way), I will use them again on my next trip. They also own CWT Transportation that we used for our private wine tours. More...

Typical bus airport service. Will drop you right in front of your airlines @ OAK or SFO. Drivers always seem pleasant and really know what routes to take to avoid traffic. Just be ready to pay more for one round trip Evans than you do for a lot of airline tickets. More...
