Former federal prosecutors Rick Rosenfield and Larry Flax combined their passion for food with fresh high-quality ingredients to create innovative, hearth-baked pizzas such as The Original BBQ Chicken, Thai Chicken, and Jamaican Jerk Chicken, cooked in an open kitchen.

Just about as perfect as you can get. We had a beautiful evening on the patio and there was a cool breeze blowing and unexpected blue skies a beautiful dusk/surroundings. Food was excellent as always, the hardest part choosing! Fabulous salads and one of the best steaks I've ever had. We had some pretty long waits each point of service, not sure why, they weren't particularly full, maybe understaffed, but we were in leisure mode so it wasn't really an issue. Lunchtime on a Tuesday. Fast. Delicious. Four if ya got different configurations of the $9.99 small person pizza and salad. Pizzas- cheese, pepperoni and mushroom/ spinach all yummy. Everything is relative, yes? Five stars in Baton Rouge might be three elsewhere but, here I am in Baton Roige so I guess that doesn't matter. I arrived at what seemed to be the tail end of the lunch rush. There were six people ahead of me and one hostess, an unusual one l situation as they usually have two hostesses. Nonetheless, my wait was brief.The hostess seated me at a booth. My waitress arrived shortly, took my drink order, and departed. When she returned, with exactly what I asked for, she took my food order.The mushroom pizza with a side of truffle oil (bougie, I know, but I was feeling it). The pizza was very tasty. The crust neither too thin nor too thick. It folded perfectly. The oil added a nice flavor to the pie.My waitress was very, very good. Not intrusive but attentive arriving at the right time with a query as to desire, if any. I did not have to ask for the check.It was a good experience.
