I've gone a few times for Botox shots and have had Meagan & Mirna. Like them both very much. Clean office and the girls are super nice there. Very professional and listen to what you want done. I would recommend going there for all your beauty needs. I also had a filler done around my lips and the lines on side of my nose and wasn't to happy with the out come for what I paid for it. A treasure! I feel so lucky to live so close to one of the best medspas in the country! I decided to give this place a try after following them on social media for a while and seeing their consistent ranking with Allergen. I am so glad that I did! The professionalism and service here is unmatched. Elijah (I think) set the tone from the second we walked in. He was very welcoming, efficient, and offered us refreshments when once we were in office. I was seen by Dr Ranat, and it was the best experience! She was so sweet and incredibly knowledgeable. Additionally, she was very real which is so important to me! I was so nervous before my Botox appt but felt at ease as soon as I began talking to her! She knew exactly what she was doing and the procedure went by so fast, I didn't even have time to feel any pain! Just wanted to update my review as am a long time customer i usually book my appointment w dr Jeff and he is been an amazing inlove how my face looks softer less tired i have done lips, chin, jawline Let me explain how it works for sure the more you put product its better for longer terms i have had i can't count it lool how many  Syringes to get the exact results. You can't expect a dramatic miracle with one syringe and expect to be on ig and gett million FOLLOWERS lol jj.My jaw spec9my chin was swollen a lot and did give me a weird side profile for over month cuz product is still settling after 6 weeks its perfect and its just getting better n better i remember when i went to them first time how uneven my lips were am in beauty industry and its kinda embarrassing to have fake uneven lips but Thanks to dr jeff n his team to fix my uneven everything lol . All right so Friday was my first time ever getting Botox or filler this is basically a virgin face. I researched for five years what I wanted done and it was always a lip augmentation.  I have been following California cosmetics the longest and I have been researching other locations to see if they could fulfil my needs. I went the week of October 14th 2019. My objective on that day was to take advantage of the Botox. On Mondays they have Botox Mondays you can walk in and receive your botox without an appointment. California Cosmetics opens at 10 AM I arrived at 10:15 they were approximately six people already in line. My arrival to leaving the facility was a 45 min turn around which was fantastic. Those of us in line got to chitchat and talk about services as well as other aesthetic salons. I ended up being placed with the nurse Megan. Megan and I talked she did a thorough consultation but most importantly she really listened to exactly what I wanted and what my objective was for that visit. Not all people  listen as effectively as Megan does. After the consult I ended up purchasing 125 units I had my forehead done as well as my bunny rabbit lines near the upper part of my nose I had the crows feet done as well as my masseter's and then into my neck as well to get rid of those two large veins that appear with age.  I had my Brilliant Distinctions to take off approximately $120 of the charge. This is not my first time at this Esthetics salon I'm in here quite frequently spending tons of money. I love the way they do their services and their techniques just has your face looking flawless. I am 46 years old and look to be as though I'm in my mid-30s. Most of all I love Megan because listening is key for someone who knows what they want and I feel like that's what makes her cutting edge above all others.  Come here and let them snatch your face. Danyell is the best tech here, beyond any words that can even example how amazing she is. She does my hydrafacials every month and other procedures to make my skin look magnificent. I had a consultation with her before starting any treatments, she is honest and really knows how to transform people's skin. I had awful black/white heads and pimples, she has made my face so beautiful and clear that I don't really wear foundation anymore. If you have problematic skin, and tired of struggling with it, GO MAKE A CONSULTATION WITH HER! She will evaluate your skin and know what is the best route and routine for you. When I first started getting my lips done I was torn between California cosmetics and another facility that had a lot of Instagram followers. Ultimately I decided to go to the other place due to convenience and lack of research. I went multiple times for lips and they only did topical numbing cream and it was pretty painful.. the healing process was always rough (bruising, crazy swelling, lumps, pain), I thought this was normal. The nurses were pretty cold and I felt like I never got what I want. I really wanted to change the shape of my top lip so basically I finally made the change to California cosmetics. I came for lips originally and could not believe how pain free it was... literally could fall asleep during the procedure. They numb you before the dental block so you don't feel that, then when the block kicks in you feel NOTHING. I could do it everyday.. Botox is more painful. Now I've come here multiple times for both Botox and lips and my top lip is totally reshaped and my recoveries are so easy. My fiancé came here for jawline and he got 5 syringes. When we were leaving he decided at the last minute that he wanted a 6th syringe and nurse Marissa stayed even though we were the last patients of the day and she did the extra syringe. She was super cool and nice about it and genuinely seemed like she cared and wanted to stay to do it. My botox never kicked in on one area when I came for the walk in special and nurse Marissa comped the area when I came for more Botox and didn't charge me for the units needed in that area. These nurses are seriously top of the line and actually care about what they do, they genuinely listen to you and connect with you. Nurse Kim!!! I cannot say enough nice things about her. She truly made my visit a warm positive experience. This was my second visit to California Cosmetics and I was still a bit nervous, ( do NOT like needles). Nurse Kim was very professional and informative and took her time to answer all my questions. I LOVE California Cosmetics!!! Nurse Marissa is amazing !!!! I was super nervous to have my lip argumentation done. I had had a very bad experience in the past at with a different spa with lip Botox. I came here after I had been looking for a new medspa that could take me last minute. I called and they just happened to have an opening for the next day, so I scheduled and appointment and was seen by Dr. Ranat. She was so amazing and was the best hype woman. She took her time and addressed all of my concerns as well as went over what she would be doing and the way she does the injections. At first I was a little bit nervous as their technique was different from my previous med spa experience. Overall my experience was amazing and my lips look so bomb!!!! Went here on accident pretty much... looked for a last minute appointment for some lip fillers and they were able to squeeze me in. After arriving they actually convinced me not to overfill my lips and gave me the advice to first dissolve the filler that had moved around so I can achieve a better look. I really appreciated this, because usually these types of places don't really care to actually give you a consultation on how to better the way you look. They just do what you ask for, which isn't always the best option. Anyways, I ended up getting Botox instead. Kicked in after 3 days and i look amazing. Did a brow lift and my upper face. I highly recommend this place and I will be back! Also the whole staff was extremely friendly to me. I'm 27 and the first time ever getting Botox was coming here. Everyone would always tell me "Botox changes your life" I never got what they meant until actually doing it, but girl let me tell you! Your makeup just goes on smoother, last longer, it's just different and amazing I love it!! Nurse Mirna did my Botox & she is soooo sweet & genuinely nice, she made me rly comfortable and I personally didn't feel any pain at all. After seeing the results with Botox I came to her a month later for filler in my smile lines but at the Newport location bc she wasn't available in corona, that as well was painless & instant results that I loved!! The office is super clean & cute & everyone's rly friendly, I'm huge on customer service and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice everyone is there. I cannot say enough about California Cosmetics! I have been to several other injectors in OC and they are hands down THE BEST! I am a perfectionist and they are the only ones who get it right every single time. My experience at California Cosmetics was excellent. Sara at the front desk was very cordial and helpful.  Doctor Ranat was professional, yet friendly and made me feel comfortable right away.  She took time to answer all of my questions and thoroughly explained the procedure.  Dr. Ranat takes pride in her work and her technique is amazing. Most people will not admit to this but I don't care. I love how my results make my face much more attractive. I got a nose job, buccal pad fat removal and some fat transferred into my face. I received a lip flip and 1ml of juvederm ultra plus and im so happy i did. Ive always hated my gummy smile and now when i smile my lipe no longer curls in. Thank you nurse Vee. Might I add, everyone here is so gorgeous and kind. I was so shocked but not surprised,  I've been following cc for a while now and I've always admired their work and personalities. Can't wait to go back! They really take their time here vs. the other place I went to in the past they were so quick and the numbing cream didn't help at all! I have had my lips done a handful of times at different places but I have never had as good of results and experience as I have had at CA cosmetics, Nurse Mirna. She took her time with me and put in her best effort. I didn't feel like she was in a rush or that I was just another patient to her. I had the best time at California Cosmetics. I will never go anywhere else. Doctor B fixed my "ducky" looking filler in my lips by dissolving it and starting from scratch. They look extremely natural now and exactly how I wanted.  He also filled my under eye because I have dark circles. It also turned out perfectly and really brightened my eyes.
