She is one of my very favorite trainers (all are good but she is exceptional), what I like best about her is the way she creates a supportive, open and caring environment. I absolutely love helping people feel powerful. This doesn’t always means physically. Mentally feeling powerfully can change the mindset through the health journey.

I myself started going in weight about 15 years ago. I knew I needed a change to be more active. I have children and also wanted to set a good example for them. I also wanted to become stronger and live longer for my kids. This is where exercise and health changed my life.

We are fun, outgoing and have many years of knowledge in exercise and health.

Services

Nutrition counseling is a therapeutic approach to food intake that includes nutrition education, customized eating plan examples, and the empowerment to live a healthier lifestyle overall. The goal is to impact long-term eating habits and health and how to apply them to everyday life. In this program, you will meet with a nutrition coach once a week to go over your goals and outcomes. During that time your nutrition coach will go over any barriers and wins for the week while going over your nutrition intake.
