Our cake was awesome on the day of our wedding. We are celebrating our 1 year anniversary today, and the cake top that we saved is still just as good. It is still as moist and tasty as it was a year ago! We froze it, wrapped it in saran wrap, wrapped that in foil, put it in a container, and put it in the back of our freezer. We pulled it out yesterday to thaw and we were very impressed! I highly recommend Cake Affairs! More...

Tammy is wonderful, she explained everything and helped my daughter make the decision about the cake for her up and coming nupitals. Tammy delivered the Cake to our venue at the Zoo at the requested time.We had a 4 tier and 2 sheet cakes.The flavors we're chocolate, pumpkin spice, strawberry and white.All the flavors we're moist and absolutely delicious.Tammy even took care not to have cross contamination from nuts in the chocolate due to food allergies.There were no reactions.The reasonable prices and attention to detail as well as the gresg taste of the cakes.....makes Cake Affairs the best place for cakes. Amazing cakes! we ordered cupcakes and a small cake for our November wedding and it turned out wonderfully! our cake was delicious and we got compliments on the cupcakes all night. we did lemon, vanilla and chocolate along with gluten free. you will not find better cakes for such a reasonable price. Wow! I've never been to a wedding before where everyone was talking about how wonderful the cake was and people were trying to get a 2nd and 3rd helping. We worked with Tammy to create a special designed wedding cake to fit with our modern wedding theme. Not only was the cake amazing, but working with her was a dream! !! I can not tell you enough how great this experience was. Out of all the pieces of my wedding, I have to say that the cake was among my favorite. We met with her several times before the big day to finalize the design, and she made every effort possible to make it absolutely perfect. She is as much an artist as she is a baker because the cake not only looked stunning, but it also tasted amazing! I will definitely be going to her for all my future birthday cakes...The other review isn't lying...the cake tastes amazing and you won't be sorry if you choose Cake Affairs for any of your cake needs. My sister went to a bridal expo and said they had the longest line to sample their cake. She tried the Italian cake and said it was the BEST piece of cake she ever had! She insisted I use them for my wedding. Tammy listened to what I wanted and she was very easy to work with. I went with a elegant 4 tiered cake design and a batman minion grooms cake.
