Cake & Lace goes above and beyond! I truly can't say enough positive things about these ladies! A few months before my wedding I decided I was in over my head and really needed some direction. I reached out and from day one it was consistent contact with Reneille. No matter time of day she was prompt to respond. A couple weeks before the event I had an in person meet with Reneille and Rosa at our venue and they went above and beyond to make sure the layout would work, that the bar had the liquor we wanted and that me and my parents had all our questions answered. These ladies went out of their way to save me thousands on delivery charges with my florist. They set up our centerpieces, gift table and had some really great addition for us with some huge balloons with our names on them which looked amazing! They made sure the night went smoothly for us and that the DJ had a timeline for announcements. We had drinks in our hands all evening. Our guests even complimented on how helpful and sweet they were. My mom couldn't stop hugging them all night because she was so thankful for all their help and how great of a job they did! If I could give Reneille and her team 10 stars I would! I highly recommend them for any of your day of coordination needs! They really care about you and your special day! I had Linda as my day of coordinator for my wedding. She was great at responding to all of my questions. I couldn't have imagined the wedding day without her! She was there to make sure everything and everyone was organized and knew what they were doing. She also made sure to remind me and my husband of the timeline as well, as the day definitely goes by much faster than ever expected! Reneille, owner of Cake and Lace, was also there throughout the entire process to answer questions as well as give recommendations! She was extremely fast at responding, and really helped comfort me through the stress of planning a wedding. Even though I like to think of myself as a highly organized and detailed person, I knew I needed additional help when I got into the middle of planning my wedding. You want to be able to enjoy your special day without having to worry about all of the details. Reneille and her team can do that and more! As much as you think you have everything organized, things are bound to not go as planned - it helps a TON to have a day of coordinator to take care of these unforeseen situations. I was introduced to Cake and Lace through my best friend who hired Reneille to help plan her gorgeous winery wedding. From the first meeting I knew I had found the right team to work with. Diana Falcone took the lead on our wedding in Seattle and was there every single step of the way to help support decisions that were being made, provide expertise in how to handle sticky family wedding drama and even spend an entire day on my least favorite event aspect decor. Each vendor recommended by Diana was above and beyond in their professionalism and quality. On the day of I didn't have to think about a thing other than my big moment walking down the aisle. Diana and her team were there handling the smallest details to ensure perfection. It was the most amazing day and if there was any drama I wasn't aware as Diana and her team swiftly handed any issues that arose. At the end of the night we walked back to our hotel room to find every memory from our wedding day already bundled up and ready to go home, nothing was missed. I hired Reneille to be my day of coordinator about a year out from my wedding. From the beginning I knew I was in good hands. Anytime I needed a vendor recommendation she was quick to respond with several options and even offered to see if she could get us a discount, even at 11pm. As we got closer to the wedding she’d check in to make sure everything was going smoothly and when I needed to have decisions made by. The week before the wedding was the most stress free week of my life. I gave Reneille my vendor contacts and she took everything from there. I got to spend the week relaxing and spending time with our families and friends instead of worrying about vendors showing up, forgetting to bring something, etc. She literally had every base covered. The day of was an absolute dream. As far as I know, everything went absolutely perfect, and if something did happen she fixed it before me or anyone else knew it happened. I just had my wedding in June and was so happy I found out about Cake and Lace! My wedding coordinator was Reneille, and from the moment we met we clicked! She understood what I wanted my wedding to look like and answered all my questions whenever I needed help! She had great recommendations for other vendors and was super organized. She made contact with my vendors and made sure that the day of my wedding went smooth. My wedding day was perfect and if it wasn’t for her and her team i don’t think it would have gone so flawlessly. We worked with Karen Seo of Cake & Lace Seattle to plan my dad’s 60th Birthday Party! For Korean people, 60th birthdays are huge celebrations! Karen was thoughtful, organized and we couldn’t be happier with how the party turned out. All of Karen’s recommendations were on point! From cake to photography, Karen put together a stellar and professional team to make it happen. I would highly recommend Cake and Lace for any events big and small. Cake & Lace planned, scheduled and ensured 100% satisfaction on my proposal plans for my soon to be wife. The idea was to have our closest friends surprise her at Disneyland California right before I proposed. They were able to coordinate all of our friends/family members flights and hotel, plan exactly where to meet and even had a professional photographer on site to catch every reaction on her face. Honestly, I am glad Cake & Lace handled everything, it relieved me from worrying about proposal and focus on proposing. Someone who'd been through it before. Someone who could take some of the worry and stress away so we could still enjoy the planning process as we got close and closer to the big day. Cue Reneille and the Cake & Lace team! We engaged with Reneille incredibly late in the process (only about 2-3mo out from our wedding) and she immediately dove right in! She was respectful about making sure I was still involved where I wanted to be, and she took the reigns in places I was completely overwhelmed or just "done". Everyone tells you to "live in the moment" on your big day, but its honestly not possible without a day-of-coordinator. You need someone who you can trust to make the game-time decisions if necessary, to keep an eye on the clock so you don't have to, to coordinate the setups and tear-downs you haven't even thought of yet...you need Cake & Lace! I can not say enough positive things about Cake & Lace. I contacted them about a month and a half before my wedding to talk about day-of-coordinating. Most of the wedding was already planned but I was starting to get SOOO stressed about those final details. Kiara and Reneille stepped in and made sure everything fit our wedding vision, budget and style. They had great professional connections and were able to find us great people to make our cake, supply our alcohol and even do last minute alterations on my custom wedding gown. They also coordinated expertly between not only our two venues but also with our family in three states. On my wedding day, I didn't worry about anything because Cake & Lace were on it. I'll start off by saying as a wedding cinematographer, I have worked with a lot of wedding coordinators, but Cake & Lace has been my favorite to work with by far! ! I would strongly recommend to ANY couple looking for a wedding planner whether it be full service start to finish, or day of coordinating. They will make sure your planning process is as easy, stress free, and enjoyable as possible. Personally, I worked with Reneille and it was a terrific experience! From the work I've done with her thus far I can say whole heartedly, that she goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly not only for the Bride and Groom, but for the vendors as well.
