Seeing the positive personal growth unravel for my clients

I have struggled my entire life with ADHD but was undiagnosed until 2017/2018. Since then I have put countless hours into continuing my education and improving my mental health for myself, my family, and my future. The outcome of my reflection was that I need to do what I love doing and naturally excel at... And that is to help others navigate through life obstacles that are getting their way of happiness and self-worth.

Clients should choose me because I am passionate about helping others. I am passionate about the importance of authenticity, personal growth, & self-awareness. As a coach- I am incredibly empathetic, compassionate, driven, dedicated, honest, realistic, meticulous, hard-working, intelligent, organized. I bring my most authentic self to my clients. If the client-coach relationship isn't a fit, I do everything I can to find another coach who may be a better fit because the overall importance is the client's success.

Yes! If you choose me as your coach, we will schedule a time to have our first appointment and take it from there. Prior to our appointment, I will send you a couple of items: A worksheet with personal questions & a Google meetup link where we will video-chat. Providing the questions beforehand allows you time to reflect before answering them.

1. Collect background information on the client
2. Identify the (tentative) long‐term goal
3. Assess executive skill strengths & weaknesses
4. Determine if coaching is appropriate
5. Consider goodness‐of‐fit for goal
6. Identify roadblocks that keep you from your goal
7. Revise long‐term goal to best suit you
8. Create short-term goals that aim towards the long-term goal
9. Identify & implement strategies that support your goal
10. Create a plan of action
11. Meet, review, revise, continue...

Executive functions are the behavioral processes in which allow your ability to do adult things. They include self-control, self-monitoring, emotional control, flexibility, task initiation, organization, working memory, planning/prioritizing, & time management. I can assess your strengths & weaknesses, and devise a plan with you to accommodate for the areas you struggle in.
