Café du Wake

Saw a review on Facebook this morning and had to drive out! Haven't been on this side of town since Good Ole Gus Days!! Front desk lady was ahhhhmazing! Thank you for everything! Food was soo delish! I ordered chicken on brioche bread with sharp cheddar & eggs..even though I was expecting runny eggs... my sandwich (minus the bread..too much.. had to remove) magically disappeared! Tee Junior ordered the chicken biscuits with gravy.. CRUSHED! we also had a side of the blueberry sauce 😋 👌🏽 Will definitely come back! Soooo many options!! But that chicken tho!! Oh and the beignets and that Le Columbian coffee!!! I will definitely be awake the next two days! Yummy 😋 More...

Absolutely fabulous. It’s a unique business concept where there are like 4 or 5 restaurants in 1. The beignets are from Cafe Du Wake, but there are several other restaurant menus to choose from housed under one roof - a wings place, a burger place, a sub shop. All excellent!
