The Cactus opened in July 1996 and my wife and I along with our family have not only enjoyed many fantastic meals here but celebrated birthdays, anniversaries and other special occasions. I can't think of another place I would rather have a meal or celebrate with friends or family than at the Cactus. We are treated like family. I can’t say enough about the food here!!! Everything was absolutely delicious. Adrian our waiter was so nice and knowledgeable about the menu. Recommend wine which was perfect match with my lamb and alligator. Omg and the goats cheese...I couldn’t get enough. This place is a hidden gem! You must make the effort to dine here! My favorite part was feeling so welcome and appreciated for my business. The owner came around to our table twice to check on our experience. This is how a restaurant should be ran.
