My husband and I attended a Hold Me Tight couples workshop and were really impressed with the information we received. Understanding the way we communicate and how it affects our interactions was extremely helpful. We were able to receive several wonderful take away to help us with our communication. And I went for fun and dragged my husband along! We weren't even having marital stress. The workshop, along with Cache Valley Counseling is a great asset to those who are struggling with marital issues, or for couples just wanting to become closer to each other in a new or different way.
