Cabrillo apartments has been amazing during my time here. I initially signed a year lease and I am currently going month to month. The pool area and gym are better than most places and the maintenance crew are very nice as well. Management have always been well mannered and very helpful. Cabrillo has a website that can be used to pay rent, which is very easy and convenient. Â Â Â Â Â I have literally only had two issues in my entire time with Cabrillo. I did have my car, which is registered and insured, tagged multiple times in the uncovered parking area for no apparent reason. The other issue I had, that needs to be addressed ASAP, is the problem with the fire alarms! In one year the fire alarms for the entire building have gone off "suddenly" four times, with these instances lasting up to an hour. More...

I lived at the Cabrillo for a year & 1/2 , never had any major issues. Let me tell you when I first moved in, the prior residents had animals and the management was unaware, so I moved in and immediately was allergic, I requested a unit with no animals, clearly I was livid! Ultimately I had already moved all my furniture furniture in, and was 6 months pregnant, kinda sucked! Thank god for great management , they really did all that they could, they came in within a day or two and moved all my furniture , replaced all the carpets and base boards. Although it was stressful, they did their best to fix a shitty situation. As far as any other issues, management was always attentive, helpful and , courteous to any issues that I had. Well, I have 3 years living in this place and it's been awesome so far. I'm a very picky person and they have been there to help and exceed all my expectations. I had such a bad time with the tenant above me but Felicia and her staff were wonderful. Â I would not stay there again due to the thin walls, however for the area and price, it was a good starter apartment.Felicia, you are the best.

Absolutely love living here! I have been here for two years and this place around me has grown wildly. Great for those of all ages and of all families. The community is very well sound. Unfortunately construction continues to grow around here therefore it's a bit noisy in the mornings. Otherwise a good neighborhood on the southwest side of town. More...

We have live here for almost a year and just sign another 12 months contact , the location is great , close to everything , the staff are nice ,especially Christina , the neighbors were okay , the only cons I would said is I wish they would have a remote control to open the gate but overall we love it here

So I lived here for 2 years . I should be able to write a pretty decent review about Cabrillo. The best thing about Cabrillo is LOCATION. LOCATION. LOCATION. It's super close to the 215 and LVB, which works perfectly for me since I work on the strip. The downfall about this is trying to leave/enter the complex during rush hour. #majorpain There isn't a light, add construction to the madness it becomes really dangerous.For the most part it's pretty quiet except for certain individuals that arrive home at 3 AM and blast their music for the entire complex to hear. There are quite a few kids (some who like to prank) so if your aren't kid friendly this could be an issue.  They could definitely stand to upgrade the place a little. I noticed after the first year things started to fall apart a little. Just small things hear and there...paint chipping, blinds but most out of all: PLEASE UPGRADE THE AC/HEATING UNIT!  It's so noisy you have to constantly turn your television up and down. Yes it's that loud! Expect to be woken up from your sleep whenever it turns on. The carpets also don't hold up that well.  I've had to have mine cleaned a few times and that's just from normal everyday use. Adding in elevators would be nice. This is the first apartment I've lived in since moving to Vegas that didn't have one.I don't really use the pool area since it's always flooded with kids so I can't really speak on that. However it looks nice. Stops signs would be nice in the complex. Most people just zoom right on threw, so use caution when turning corners or crossing the speed bumps. Service in the front office has improved quite a bit. I have noticed a few faces are different from when I first moved in. One thing they should work on is staggering  lunches so the office isn't closed for an hour. Basically if they decide to go to lunch they close the office down which is inconvient if that's the only time you have to stop by. The hours are pretty difficult to work with during the week if you have an 8-5. For the most part it's pretty good. Rent is great! My neighbors are pretty good. I've never had any issues with bugs but I'm also a neat freak and keep my space pretty clean.  I actually really like maintenance, they are always quick to responad and really good with filling you in on what they did.
