Cabaki's Catering

I met both Stephanie and Bobbi today at a tasting they held and I am so excited to have them cater my wedding! Not only was their food AMAZING, but they were both extremely helpful and so sweet; both of them offered multiple tips on how to save money with different aspects of your wedding, they work with other vendors, such as bakers, DJ’s, etc, all happy to give advice and help any way they can! They made a ton of food for the tasting and even had the baker bring a variety of her cakes for us to taste, too! It was all so tasty!! They haven’t even catered my wedding yet, but I’d already highly recommend them! Haha. I hate that someone left a one star rating that certainly isn’t a good, true reflection of the women I met today! Stephanie and her team did an amazing job with the catering at our wedding. Before the date even came we had great experiences tasting and working out the logistics of the event with them. We couldn't have asked for a better start to finish experience with them. They got there early and got to work right away setting up, and even helped us when it was coming down to the wire to set up a few things that weren't their responsibility. She knows how to run the show confidently and made sure we were happy at all times. They really helped out in more ways than just food, and were super supportive and adaptive when weather and schedules didn't go as planned. The table presentation was perfect, and we were able to pick from numerous options through them on settings and linens. On top of all that the important stuff, the food, was amazing! Specifically we had BBQ options with sides to match. It was all amazing, and everyone enjoyed it, especially the brisket. The jalapeno poppers were the bomb! The bartending service provided through them was great also. After the wedding we can say confidently they are the best value out there, and they were an absolute perfect choice for our wedding. Stephanie and her staff did a fabulous job with the food and service at my daughter's wedding this past June! She was responsive from the beginning, creating a desirable menu that met my daughter's food allergies. Instead of the typical, "Let's just feed your daughter separately" mentality, Stephanie prepared the entire menu to meet her needs...and it was delicious! Everyone raved about the prime rib station, mashed potatoes and peach cobbler. And the candied bourbon bacon and stuffed mushroom appetizers were outstanding! The highest compliment was paid by a friend of mine who catered for years and said the food presentation was beautiful and well done while the service staff was attentive and accommodating while keeping a low profile, exactly what one would want for a wedding.
