I've been in the construction business for over 50 years and this company is one of the worst I've done business with. They are extremely unprofessional and they're work is substandard. The final straw was when the second motor they installed for my sliding gate crapped out and they had the nerve to tell me that my warranty was voided because I added a remote keypad, maybe if they had used a motor that at least had a name on it other then made in China it would have lasted longer then a couple of months. Best construction experience ever! High quality work, best prices, and very reliable. CA Restoration and Construction came highly recommended to us by our neighbors, after a lot of research into other companies so we could transform our 400sf garage into an additional dwelling unit. They came with the best price, the most creative solutions and the warmest personalities. Shai and Sharon have proven themselves to be committed to the highest quality or work, done on time and on budget. Sharon takes care of the financial side and is extremely fair, honest and caring. Shai is onsite overseeing all the work being done (mostly by Danny and Juan and sometimes Santiago the sweetest, most respectful team of workers imaginable) and Shai was always willing to come up with creative solutions to make our small ADU as beautiful and functional as possible. Shai and Sharon treated us like family in the way that they patiently responded to every concern, found ways to rebalance the budget after the city required extra expenses, did beautiful work and were genuinely committed to making us happy. After reading several recommendations on Next Door and the great yelp reviews, we called CA Restoration And Construction for a quote for a master bath remodel. They were the 3rd company we quoted. They were reasonably priced and I could tell they would be easy to work with. Â The owner and project manager are professional, friendly, helpful and just want your satisfaction. After we demo'd the existing bathroom, we had some design challenges, but through their years of experience and patience, they took the time to give us solutions that made us very happy and the bathroom very useful.They are professional (use contracts and change orders), insured, reliable, flexible and quick to respond to questions via text.Their network of partners, combined with their own team, allows them to fulfill your creative ideas, with quality and a reasonable timeframe.Highly recommend and will use again for other projects. Working with shai and his crew was fantastic. This wasn't our first experience remodeling. We had worked with various contractors and designers in the past when we did our bathroom and kitchen in our old house. We didn't want to work with the same people again ( I won't mention who they were) but we really wanted this project to shine and decided to go with ca restoration and construction. The deal breaker for us was talking to their past clients and visiting their current projects. In the first meeting with Shai we felt right away a good connection and knew that this would be the company we would like to work with. On top of that their price was very fair compared to the other bids we got. They remodeled our kitchen, all house flooring, pain, light also our two bathrooms, roofing and garage conversation that also had a bathroom, kitchen, insulation and much more. Very satisfied! Ca restoration and construction is doing our ADU for a month and we are almost done and ready to rent it. We never had any problems with their workers or their quality of work . Any request or any changes we had they took care of immediately. They were very patient with us and transparent. Shai and sharon made sure to let us know of any ways we could save cost while still getting the look we want. We also saved cost on things like our counter, tiles, and finishes with their contractor discount. I am absolutely satisfied with the service of ca restoration and construction. Fabulous and professional Shai came and gave me a free estimate for remodeling our kitchen and bathroom of my new home in Los Angeles. This project also required plumbing and electrical systems and they did everything perfectly. Shai explained to us exactly what their plan was, how long it would take and how much it would cost. I loved how they were always leaving everything clean and I was able to stay at home for their construction work. The staff were very professional and caring. Love this construction Company! A guy name shai came and gave me an estimate on garage conversion. I had to do flooring, electric work, a small kitchen, bathroom and more. So he was very honest and professional, he finished everything on time and did an amazing work. Before calling CA Restoration and Construction we called a couple of other companies for an estimate. None of the other contractors were as honest and nice as shai was, he gave me the best price out of all the contractors. I am glad i contact your company. This was the best choice i could of done. I received lots of estimates for a room addition i needed to get done, one of the estimates was from Sharon in ca restoration and construction, he actually gave me the lowest estimate. . in the beginning i was little bit scared to go with an estimate that was significantly lower then the others thinking the work will not be professional enough, BUT i was totally WRONG!not only the work that was done was so professional and high quality they also saved me tons of money!I'm so happy i went forward with Sharon ! If I could give 10 stars I would!! Let me tell you guys, this company hands down are the most professional I've yet to see. My husband and I purchased a home, the home needed a lot of work before we could move in. I met with 5 different construction companies, the other companies were too expensive, or just didn't seem right for meAfter I met with Sharon, I knew I'm in the right hands and I was RIGHT! Absolutely wonderful!!I contacted this company without knowing much about them so I gave them a chance to do some insulation work in my attic. I never knew a job like this can be done so fast and efficiently. The crew arrived just on the time that was disclosed and started working immediately, all the floors were covered and they cleaned up my attic and installed insulation and something that's called radiant barrier..the job went on for only 1 day! The guys cleaned up after they finished and took away all the trash. I had the best experience with this company.About less than a year ago me and my husband were looking around for a good and honest contractor so we asked some of our closed friends and family. We called a couple of companies for an estimate. Ca restoration and construction offered us a free estimate and they have been recommended by one of our family members that also did some work at their home and i couldn't thank them enough. They are the most honest contractors i could ever wish for myself. They always came on time and cleaned everything after work.We are a young couple that needed remodel for a new house we bought in los angeles and ca restoration and construction preform the best price we got with no down grade on quality, fast and clean job. We had just bought a home in Winnetka and were referred to Sharon at CA Restoration & Construction. He and Lily could not have been nicer or more accommodating! There was a lot to do and Sharon gave us a very competitive, thorough bid and was very prompt with communication. So last Aug I decided to convert my garage into a guesthouse and since now you can do it legally I know I have to use a professional licensed general contractor. I went on Yelp spent couple hours on reading reviews and called couple contractors. CA restoration & contractors were the first company that not just gave me a great costumer service over the phone, they were also the first company to come and estimates he job for me. A guy named Shai came to my house and with lots of patient explained me exactly what has to be done. It took him less than 24 hours to send me the cost estimate for the entire job and since I was satisfied with the price I decided to go head and start the job. Long story short, after 3-4 weeks of work, my guesthouse was ready, much nicer and more beautiful than what I expected. The game game changer for me was the fact that I can call Shai with any question that I had, he always found the time to talk and answer and of my questions. Awe and one more thing, during the guesthouse Constraction I had couple issues in my owe house and I asked Shai if he could help me fix them and he was always so nice and understanding and just fixes them all. Very impressed with the work. I had water damage and we had to remodel our kitchen and some of our flooring needed to be replaced. I own a home in Los Angeles and I had earth quake retrofitting done from Built Strong Construction. Â They did a great job and the general contractor on the job referred me to Ca Restoration & Construction. Â I wanted to build a guest house and I contacted the company and spoke to a young man by the name of Shai. Â He came out meet with me in my home. I gave him a set of plans which he took to the building department. He was fast and efficient in getting the results that were needed. Â Unfortunately we could not build. The neighbors set back is to tight. Â I would need to demolish the garage and build a second story guest house. This is not quite what I had in mind. Â It would cost about $80,000. The young man Shai did everything I needed and got all the information without wasting any time. Â He really was a good listner and followed up on exactly what I want to know.
