This review is for those looking for C-Synergy coaching as an option. What I got out of this process was priceless because it saved me so much time. Working with Mark is like getting all the cheat codes to your goals. He lays out the plan and works with you (from square one, in my case) and works on creating layer upon layer of material. These outcomes help you address your next career move and provide you with many tools to manage what is up ahead. Quite simply, Mark Langford, Master Career Coach is a Magi who helps you find your secret recipe. I went from unemployed in one industry to a dream job in another industry within 2 months. I came to know Mark through a friend of mine, at the time in my career when I needed him the most. With my role change at work, I felt my opportunities being taken away. It was greatly impacting my drive, productivity, self-esteem, increased negativity and stress. I needed help to self-analyze, re-brand myself, my limiting attributes, abilities before preparing for a career move. Mark was very insightful in his ability to identify that I had a lot of sticks, that needed to be replaced with carrots. It was truly an eye-opening, transcending experience for me personally when we both dig deeper using his sessions and tools, to uncover my core innate abilities Vs what I had accumulated over years that I had to either let go of or replace with.
