I've been training with Chris for almost 10 years, on and off due to my inconsistencies. I'm now back with full commitment. In just three weeks, I feel stronger, more confident and happier. Chris knows me and all his clients very well and is very attentive to our needs. He is not only a great and knowledgeable trainer, but his personality allows him to retain his clients for a long time and he has the ability to attract prior clients back to him without solicitation.
