What do you love most about your job?
I love partnering with clients to both support and accelerate the growth and transformation they're seeking. Nothing brings me as much joy as seeing clients achieve that "aha" moment when they realize the power and innate abilities that lie within.
What inspired you to start your own business?
While serving as sales, marketing, and business development lead for over 30 years in different industries, the common theme was always a passion for coaching colleagues to maximize their potential. Since this was always "the" driving force, thought it made sense to pursue it full time!
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a proven record working with client strengths, values and desires to overcome both external challenges and internal barriers to unlock potential, envisage opportunity and explore new horizons...and have some fun along the way! Our process is solutions-oriented and collaborative. Once client sessions are completed I continue to provide complimentary resources that may be helpful to sustain client growth.

Absolutely. Have successfully provided impactful coaching services to clients since 2020 via Zoom, Facetime and Skype and will continue to do so.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Primary focus was providing remote services via Zoom, Facetime, Skype to ensure there was no possible threat of disease transmission.
