Where do I begin?1. Rosa is a queen and her staff is amazing. 2. She is a true professional with a vision beyond comparison. No detail will slip through the cracks I'm a very type A hands on person by nature and in the beginning I was dealing Rosa directly. She is so busy that I felt like I wasn't getting the attention I'd like. I started relying more on her team for answers and calling the office directly rather than her cell and was more successful at getting responses. Her team knows where to find her and they are really thorough as a unit in production, communication, and understanding. My wedding was perfect and I can't wait to get pics so I can post. I cannot say enough amazing things about Byanca's Event Decor. Rosa is absolutely incredible. She gave us the wedding of our dreams. She really took the time to understand what it is that we wanted and she truly did see our vision. We were extremely particular about how we wanted things to look and her and her team nailed it! She has an awesome show room that really helped us with ideas and decisions. Rosa unfortunately got sick right around our wedding and really should have been at home in bed but she still showed up to help decorate and make sure everything was perfect. We are so grateful that we found them. Very reasonable prices as well. I would not go anywhere else for help with a wedding or any other event! Rosa, thank you so so much! Byanca's did the decorations for my daughters quinceañera this past weekend. Rosa went out of her way to make sure everything was above and beyond what I was expecting. We booked her at the last minute, literally the day before the event. Rosa understood how much I had going on and took time out of her busy schedule to meet us so we could choose our linens. When i walked into the venue the next day I can honestly say it was way more than I expected, I told her I trusted her and her experience to put it together however she wanted.
