So happy with Sarah and her team for transforming such a small space and making it so whimsical and elegant. Needed help making Mayflower Chinese Restaurant in the Great Mall look like a wedding and Sarah did exactly the job. The single gobo lighting on our 12x12 dance floor helped a lot and the added bubble machine made it so fun and sweet during the cake cutting. The hardest part about weddings is finding vendors and working with the right vendors. I am so excited for my own wedding next year and to use BWiebe again. Brian was great communicating and readjusting costs when I was adding and removing from my list. The lighting in the patio was beautiful and exactly what imagined! I gave 4 stars because I had ordered a customized name lighting for the dance floor and he forgot to order it and told me the night night before the wedding. Brian did a fantastic job at my wedding. I gave him an idea of what I wanted, and he made it happen beautifully. He worked with me on budget and options, showed up on time (despite the massive amounts of rain that day), was well prepared and flexible, and remained there the whole time so we weren't left with equipment we didn't know how to use. I am so happy we went with him!

Working with BWiebe Events was a breeze. I hired them for my outdoor wedding lighting. BWiebe Events did the Bistro lights and spot light for the wedding cake. Brian agree to do an onsite visit before the event and answer all my questions. I changed my mind on several occasions on what type of pattern and location of the lighting I wanted and Brian was very patient with all my change request. As every bride on a budged would do I price-checked a few vendors and BWiebe Event had better pricing and far better customer service. Their payment breakdown made it so easy compare to other vendors who asked for everything upfront, Brian only asked for half and the other half was due within 30 days after the wedding. On the wedding day everything ran smoothly. The experience of his team of technicians showed during setup and breakdown, they were in and out really fast with no problems at all. We found Brian and Amber at close to the last minute - we had a misunderstanding with our previous decorator, and had to scramble to find someone else quickly. They put together a great lighting design that included string lights hanging across the entire ceiling of the sizeable auditorium, and "stars" projected on draping against the walls. The execution of the design was breathtaking and exactly what we wanted. On top of that, it ended up raining on our wedding day and we had to move the ceremony indoors - again, a last-minute development. Brian went back to his office and brought us additional lighting to help transform the dim room into a beautiful space for our ceremony.

Pricing was a little more than we intended to spend, but they were very flexible and let us trim down the contract a la carte. The ambiance they helped create made it worth every penny.

I give 4/5 because they were a bit lacking on communication. It took a while to hear back from them for a quote, which was distressing especially since we were down to the wire. At times there was a lapse of a few days before we got a response to a question. However, we're glad we stuck with them, because the results were absolutely fantastic More...

BWiebe was such an addition to my wedding. We had an outdoor wedding, and Brian provided sound (microphones and music). I am a very relaxed person, and my husband and family were all great help. But what about the details you cannot control? Could my elderly relatives sitting in the back hear our vows? Brian took care of that. You could not see the mic's, which I loved!

The timing for the music was something I certainly could not control, but it was perfect. The music started and stopped just when we planned. Honestly, planning for a wedding, people tell you something bad will happen. That was not the case with our wedding. I swear it was perfect, or as close as you could get to it. And I know there are many people to thank for that. So I'll start now. Thank you Brian.

Brian is AMAZING!!! He made our low-budget wedding look breath-taking! Many of our guest shared with us how much they loved the atmosphere of our special day, and that it was one of the most beautiful and romantic weddings that they have attended. Brian of BWiebe Events provided service for our non-profit's fundraising event - an advanced screening of the movie Madagascar 3. Brian made the event very special. He created a red carpet and rope stantions walk for the the children to enter the theater. He also provided a promotional backdrop for the photo op with our Mad3 penguin. Additionally, Brian created the perfect lighting for our Dreamworks artist to work as well as the stage set-up for the Q & A with the director.
