How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Creating the perfect menu starts with full understanding of our clients needs, preferences, and type of event. After filling out a brief survey, we'll chat with our client to go over any and all details.
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to bring people together through food is the goal. My favorite part about the job is creating a dish that will put a smile on someone's face.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My grandfather was an Italian baker and chef. Starting from a young age, I used to follow him around the kitchen just to watch every little thing he was doing. After he passed away, it became a nostalgic hobby that made me think of those special times we always had together. Buttered Up is inspired by and dedicated to him.

I share the same common goal as any client, which is to make a memorable event. What people are getting from my food is the love and comfort that made me fall in love with what I do.
