I had been to different therapists trying to help me with depression , anxiety and panic attacks .Amal literally gave me back my life by getting to the root of my problem and teaching me relaxation techniques that did wonders for me ! Amal Butler has been amazing for me and my family. She provides healthy guidance and exploration of yourself and the journey through life. I recommend all of my friends and family to her and trust her with my own children. Having a therapist to keep you on the path that is right and to help guide you throughout life is so important and I give Amal credit for a lot of my accomplishments.
