Butcher & The Blonde is a great local fixture in our little community here in the Frederick/Firestone. It’s a locally owned and operated by this lovely couple! Super casual atmosphere, you feel like you’re part of the family. They’re dedicated to serving truly quality food and friendly service. They are unique in that they serve food to the brewery across the street. They bring a stronger sense of community to the area, all while giving us Denver quality food. Well done, you two! My husband and I chose Butcher and The Blonde for our wedding this past weekend and are so incredibly grateful that we did. We did a taco bar with pork, beef and fish tacos as well as donuts for dessert. We had numerous guests approach us and tell us how much they loved the food, especially in comparison to other weddings they have attended. They commented on how unique and fun tacos were for a wedding. I would venture to say that the tacos were some of the best I have had. Caitlin was such a pleasure to work with, she accommodated many proposal changes and made great recommendations for rentals. Super excited when we discovered one of our favorite food trucks opened a restaurant. Generously sized portion and very tasty. The Korean tacos have a good Korean inspired zing, and the kale/quinoa salad was delicious. They will deliver your food to any of the nearby bars if you want a drink to go along with it.My ONLY complaint was the Styrofoam, please consider a more eco friendly container for your amazing food! We were lucky enough to find Caitlin and Tom of the Butcher and the Blonde for our wedding this fall. We cannot recommend them enough, phenomenal tacos that the guests all absolutely loved it, they were extremely easy to work with and added hot drinks that were perfect, and were very willing to make changes last minute due to cold weather.
