This lash and brow bar has been my go-to since my old lash girl closed up shop without even telling me after 5 years of going to her. I now go to Allie Lu who is super nice. She has very clean space and is super meticulous with her work. She always has suggestions on how to keep my natural lashes healthy. She always makes the time for her clients. The way she does lashes is amazing! They're always so symmetrical and will give you what you want whether it's a natural or cat eye set. Her fills are super quick and I'm usually in and out in less than 45 minutes. She has early or later appointments for us busy girls too which has come in clutch sooo many times. Please go see Allie for 3D lashes.  This is second time seeing her and I'm absolutely happy with my results.  She repaired my damaged lashes from previous application at ANOTHER lash salon. I've been going to Busy Brow almost two years and love it for two reasons:1) I love getting eyelash extensions from Allie Lu. She's fantastic and very thorough in work. I always get compliments on the lashes and asked from where and whom which is a great indicator of how amazing she is.  2) I'm a working mom of 3.  There's not a lot of time to do anything by myself so when I go, the kids will sometimes go with me.  Everyone is super nice and friendly to them so it helps with the stress of taking kids out. Hi gals! I'm updating my review to 5 stars purely based on outstanding customer service. After reading my first review, the business owner reached out to me and offered to give it another go to obtain my desired look. He took care of everything, made the appointment for me, I didn't even have to call the business.It's rare these days to get such quality follow up customer service, so I was impressed to say the least!I was a little apprehensive when I found out out I was booked with the same technician but I brought pictures, we discussed the results in greater detail and she switched out my lashes for ones with a deeper curl.The difference was immediately evident, I received many compliments that same day, so far more femme this time!I noticed the glue fumes didn't bother me at all the first time but they did the second time, this isn't a complaint, this may mean she went a little closer to the eye this time and they may last longer! (As a comparison, my eyes always water with my regular girl so I'm used to it). It's normal to get a little irritated, that's what the fans are for.So in conclusion, faith has been restored in Busy Brows. It would be great if all businesses had that level of customer service. I've been here multiple times and have gone to Allie and Karen (who are both wonderful!) but I have to say Elena is a lash GODDESS! ! She takes her time and makes sure all my lashes are clean first, removes the old ones (WOW) and makes sure the new ones are on perfectly! She is absolutely gorgeous and such a pleasure to talk to as well! I've never had my lashes done this well, EVER. I've gotten my lashes done a lot, and I can't recommend her enough! Love this place. I've gotten my brows threaded here and loved it. This review is for Allie, the lash tech who does my extensions! She's bloody fantastic! She's prompt, fast, and knows her skill. I get compliments on my lashes constantly. When she needs to remove lashes she does it and it doesn't hurt. I will say they are a little expensive, but the quality of the work is worth it.
