What a great find! Although the menu is limited, the food is excellent. Everything that came out of the kitchen looked great and tasted better. Atmosphere is comfortable and casual with a bit of an edge. Servers were friendly and attentive. It is a big open space with a high open ceiling, though, so it does get loud. My husband and I were in town and a friend recommended this place and boy I am glad she did! She recommended the candied bacon BLT so my husband had that and it was awesome! I had a side salad with and amazing roasted scallion vinaigrette and a blow your socks of bowl of eggplant mushroom curry soup.  They both knocked our socks off!  The restaurant itself is across the street from a not very attractive trailer park but went inside it was open and airy with lots of greenery placed around inside. There's a few local joints in Missoula that fully express the Missoula vibe: Top Hat, Hob Nob, AND Burns Street Bistro. Elevated farm to table with creative, whimsical, thoughtful food. A foodie haven indeed! Biscuits and gravy are fab. They douse their homemade biscuits with gravy. Never a dry bite! Add candied bacon and eggs if you want but the $5.50 meal is plenty. Pastries and cookies are divine. Mimosas are yummy. Everything fresh, homemade and full of flavor. There isn't a dish that you could order that wouldn't be good. Great place for brunch! We were looking for another place to eat out on a Sunday and so we decided to try the Burns Street Bistro. The food was delicious. My family really enjoyed the biscuits and I had the heuvos rancheros. The flavors we're good and the atmosphere was fantastic.
