I would like to acknowledge Burleson Florist for a job well done...extremely well done! I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my girlfriend and had them delivered to her at work (a dozen long stem roses) for Valentine's day, when she got home we noticed a small crack in the vase which was seeping water. I called them the next day to make them aware of the issue. They were very apologetic and very accommodating...assuring me that they would make good on the issue by delivering a new vase to my girlfriend on the next business day. Burleson Florist went above and beyond! Not only did they deliver a new vase, they delivered a larger vase with a much more elaborate arrangement than the original. We had a sudden death in the family and Burleson Florists made it so easy and worry free to get our flower arrangement made and delivered on time. I ordered them at 11p and they were made and ready to be delivered by 10am the next day. I also misspelled wording on the message and they managed to fix it with no problem. The flower arrangement was exactly as pictured if not more beautiful in person. Our family absolutely loved them. When I decided to get a real florist and stop using Kroger, I found Burleson Florist. Their show room is clean and decorated very well. If you want to see real talent and design, check them out and let their designer create something for you that's not in the books. You'll be pleasantly surprised. I recently ordered something similar to the Aloha Sunset and my girlfriend was blown away. This particular arrangement was slightly over $100 but I've also ordered $50-60 fruit baskets for clients and some small plants for a friends funeral. On my most recent visit they were in the process of taking down all the decorations and Christmas trees but even in a slightly cluttered time, they were still up beat and professional. My mother in law and I came in and ordered a 2 bouquets and 2 boutonnieres and I would like to say that I was so very impressed! ! My bouquet was hydrangeas and my daughter's was gerbers absolutely beautiful! This was for a small last minute wedding and you did a fantastic job! The boutonnieres were gorgeous! The price was definitely competitive. I had a touch of pink on my bouquet and it was perfect! Thanks so much for making my day that much more special!
