Humbl is not my favorite place in the world but I’ve recently enjoyed the spicy chicken sandwich. Looking at the photo it is orange and look likes hot sauce. It was black...to the point that I thought I was burnt BBQ sauce. I called and told the worker that cashed me out and she told me “ Well, we don’t have BBQ sauce but I can tell you you got the bottom of the sauce. It’s caramelized sugar so it looks like that. We have taste tested it and it’s fine.” Well I can assure you it tasted like burnt sugar and was nothing like the first sandwich I’ve had. Not to mention my husbands pizza was entirely burnt and the nachos just had a small amount of toppings with nothing but chips below. Very disappointing. We ended up throwing away $40 worth of food.
