Bunny Chow Sampler Platter
BC Sampler Platter - Single Serving - Non Spicy Starts with 4 Peri Peri Chicken Wings, and then taste 1/2 prego roll (steak, chicken, meatballs, impossible) and 1/2 a bunny chow (lamb, chicken, veg, shrimp, impossible) and comes with two (2) sides. Spice level is 0. You can spice it up to your desired level.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Clients can come in and do a sampling or we can discuss their needs over the phone. We can then setup a menu for their event.
What do you love most about your job?
Designing and cooking amazing food that my customer love and come back for more and more.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am a great Chef and have always shown my love for people through my cooking and food.
Why should our clients choose you?
We as a team will take care of every details and pay attention to even the smallest detail like the produce must be organic and the freshest available. We never use packaged or frozen foods. Everything is fresh and healthy.

Not really food cannot be delivered over the internet or remotely. We always cook in our kitchen and deliver remotely or the customer can pick up.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Followed CDC guidelines to the letter of the law. Wearing face masks, been vaccinated and other CDC guidelines has helped keep our customers safe.
Catering
We can cater everything from a family dinner (min 4.) to a corporate event for over 1000 guests and everything in-between. We simply prepare the food hot and fresh, placing it into disposable chaffing dishes. You can then either pickup the order or we can deliver it to you. You can serve your guests or allow them to serve themselves. We can do a "staffed" catering event at additional costs. We quote those on a case by case basis.
