Let me start off by saying that Kay is not only a wonderful wedding planner, but a wonderful person. I could not recommend her enough. Initially, I wasn't even considering hiring a planner, but the venue that I chose required it, so I went searching and ultimately found Kay. From the first conversation we had, she just "got it." The planning process was far more stressful than I ever could have imagined, but she split it up into manageable parts and helped put me at ease. She was reassuring and calm the entire time, like a supportive best friend or sister. Even with the crazy schedule she was managing at the time, she stayed on top of our communications and was always there for me. She recommended pretty much all of my vendors, and they were fantastic. Every recommendation she made was great. She has excellent taste and a lot of good contacts, so you can rest assured that your wedding will be flawless! Even when I had issues with my catering company (not her suggestion, the venue forced me to choose from a small, pre-selected list), she handled the situation with grace and professionalism. On the big day, she brought her mom and husband to help out, and they were so helpful and kind. During the outdoor ceremony, there was a LOT of wind, and Kay's mom was nice enough to keep the altar from tipping over! My wedding went off so smoothly and my husband and I were thrilled. Yes, there were a few small issues, as one would expect, but Kay's calm, reassuring demeanor helped me to not have a meltdown. Finally, her pricing is MORE than reasonable, given everything that she does. I mean, she really and truly does everything she can to make you happy, and she genuinely cares. Where can i begin?! From the moment you meet Kay she makes you feel like family! She helps you celebrate this special day you’ve waited for your whole life, and reminds you to constantly just take it all in! I don't even know where to begin with how amazing Kay is! Since we got married two months ago, we have had so many wedding guests and especially our wedding party comment about how great Kay was during our rehearsal and wedding - friendly, fun, kind, organized, cool and collected, helpful - the list goes on. I consider myself an extremely organized person and thought I only needed a wedding coordinator to run the big day, but Kay was invaluable throughout the whole process and thought of things I would have never even considered. I don't know if many couples can say this, but our wedding day was honestly completely stress free and we had such a fun time. Hiring Kay was one of the best things we ever did! KAY was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day! From day 1, she was there to clarify, support, and encourage us with our plans for our special day. We had to unexpectedly change our venue and she was so helpful in finding alternate venues and ensuring our vendors worked well with the new venue. Kay is an absolute angel on earth!! My husband and I originally had our wedding planned for June 2020. When we knew we had to make the heartbreaking decision to postpone, Kaylyn kept all of our vendors on track and coordinated for not just one but TWO postponements to our final July 30th 2022 date. I literally would have lost my mind to stress, but Kay always stepped in to reassure us and kept everything together. She was incredibly organized, communicative, and helpful. She let us make our own decisions but was always available to weigh in with her excellent recommendations. Every call and meeting we scheduled, she was always on time, which really showed how much she valued and respected our time. We even had a small snafu come up on wedding day (because its a wedding, duh!) and she was right there with solutions and a calm, collected attitude. Our big day flowed perfectly from start to finish, and it was all due to Kay's attention to detail and expertise. We are so deeply grateful for everything she did for my husband and I in making sure we got everything we wanted and more from our big wedding day. Hiring Kay was the best decision we made in the wedding process. She is kind, smart, organized, detail oriented, and so much more! I consider myself to be type A/organized and I could not have pulled our wedding off with out her. She caught every single detail I missed. She had great communication with all the vendors, and they all love and respect her. She was so communicative through the whole process. Her set up on Aisle Planner and her Google Docs were a life saver!! They say something will go wrong at your wedding, but we did not have that experience, and if something did, we didn't know about it because Kay had it taken care of. She made us feel so special throughout the whole process, especially the day of. She advocated for us the whole time making sure we were taken care of, happy and well fed. Her mother (her assistant) is incredible as well, Brandon and I loved her, she was so kind and helpful! I could go on forever about how amazing Kay and Bundle and Bash is, but you would be making a mistake if you didn't find out for yourself. Absolutely no hesitation selecting the 5 stars for Kay! She is just such a gem! I was so nervous at first about the whole wedding planning process, but right when we hired her and we had our first few conversations, we knew it was the perfect choice! She made everything from beginning to end so seamless and organized! Kay is so kind and was very patient through all of my questions (trust me, there were a ton!). As a local Wedding Planner, I feel I have high expectations for who I want on my team as Assistants and Lead Planners. Kaylyn, with Bundle and Bash not only meets those expectations, but exceeds them! She is a dream to have on my team - I do not know what I would do without her! She handles issues before they even come up, she is calm and professional, and she is a hard worker! She is a great team player - always making sure that every vendor has what they need and wont sit down till the last bit of work is completed. I wish I could keep her on my team for every wedding, but she is an AMAZING wedding planner and I know I can not be selfish because other brides need to have the same opportunity to book her and experience her greatness! Kaylyn did so much for us! People continually told me that something would go wrong on our wedding day and it didn't (I attribute this to Kaylyn). Our family & wedding party have continually commented on how amazing Kay was - especially going to other people's weddings. I cannot believe how many times my friends have said, "my wedding planner was no where near Kay!" I even had one friend take over a wedding where the planner wasn't being as helpful and said she used everything she learned from Kay.Why is Kay so wonderful? She's confident, assertive, fun, and makes sure everyone has a good time. She give clear directions and makes up fun sayings so everyone will remember (I've heard my friends use her sayings over and over again at their weddings). She looks for problems and jumps in with solutions. She's great with communication and gave us great recommendations on what to do the day of the wedding to make things flow well - some things we had planned she essentially told us were great in theory, but didn't work well in the real world and gave us other options to still get our desired outcome. We had a great wedding and I think a lot of that has to do with Kay's timeline planning and vibe she gave out to the wedding party.Best part - Kay brought me a bit of every food we ordered (apps, cake, late night party snack) to make sure I didn't miss anything.
