First things first, we always start with a body, goal and motivation assessment to see where to start. After that I create a workout regimen and nutrition plan based on your specific needs and then we put it into action. I keep you accountable and coach you through the whole process until we reach your goal.

Persistence, discipline and forgiveness. This journey is one hundred percent your journey. You have to be dedicated and willing to discipline yourself but be ok with slip ups and mistakes. Everybody makes them. It's a part of the journey. If you can slip up, then forgive yourself, learn from it and move on, but never give up, then you will reach your goals and maintain them long term.

I struggled for a long time feeling pressure to be fit and healthy but not knowing how and where to start. Now that I have figured out a way I want to share it with people who are like how I used to be.

Everything I do is completely personalized. I don't use a template or a pre-written program. I customize everything to you, because everyone is different.

Being healthy and fit is a great way to avoid getting sick and getting bad cases of illnesses. Health and fitness is my entire business. We also have masks available when requested and we clean and sanitize our equipment after each use.
