Lemme preface this by explaining that my boss and I are road warriors. We actively try new places throughout the country. Its dicey at best, with far more places failing miserably. And one day last week we happened into the Bull and Bear. Holy Mackerel what a find! This place is fantastic! The interior is a great space with great energy lots of screens and a great sound system. (Thats three greats in a row) The menu has something for everyone and the quality is top notch. Fast and absolutely delicious. Try the wings! They are a must. This place was so wonderful, we doubled back and went again the very next day. (A first) But here is the key to the charm and magic of this place: Her name is #jorjienne and she was tasked as our bartender, server and goodwill ambassador. This woman took lots of time with us and genuinely made us feel welcome. (If management is reading, invest in cloning her, she represents you well.) Bull and Bear confirmed days ago that they would cater food for my mothers funeral. Today they decided that they will not be catering for us and that we should have called 2 weeks ago. This has caused more stress and drama for our family at this time and is not acceptable. We have solved our problem but I believe in light of my mother that their awful service should be known. Love this place! We had awesome food and service. We would have liked to know that there was a 1/2 bottle of wine special before we ordered as we would have not ordered a glass of wine and beer, but rather order a bottle of wine for half price . We asked about it after we saw this on the tv monitors but were told that we could really not do anything about it after the fact. We are not ones to make a stink about things and otherwise everything was perfect. We will come again but watch the tv monitors before we order. More...

Last night my friend and I went to the Fayetteville restaurant where we wore face masks in till we were seated. Yes we are vaccinated but we do care about others. 5 min after sitting down another couple was sat behind us, still no server came to greet us after we were seated by hostess. Another 5 min the server goes right over to the other table and takes there order. Finally after another 5 min we walked out. We get restaurants are hurting but when you walk in seeing multiple servers standing around not a full restaurant and to be ignored cause we wore face masks in? We walked out . Horrible horrible service. We then went to another restaurant where it was pretty busy our waiter had 10 tables and still managed to great and take care of his tables in a timely manor. More...

Every pick up order is always wrong. My wife and I were charged $6.50 each for miller light draft beers today. Our total for two cheeseburgers and 6 draft beers was $69 plus tax and tip, total was over $80. Contacted the owners who said this is the accurate price. We will never be back. After this we went to the Euclid restaurant and had the same size miller light drafts for $3.25 each. It is bad enough that they are charging a fairly large "convenience fee" If you use a debit or credit card. $6.50 for a draft Miller lite is outrageous. More...
