How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I LISTEN and take a lot of notes! Evert person is unique. I create training programs that reflect my client's goals, needs, lifestyle, body type and fitness level. My programs reflect my client's likes and interests to keep them motivated and challenged. As we make progress together, those needs will change, and I will continue to adapt the training program to meet the new demands.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Mix it up! Do things that you love. If you don't like your exercise or nutrition program, then you won't be on it very long. You will get that body and keep that body by being honest and realistic with yourself. The program should reflect you.
What do you love most about your job?
I LOVE helping people feel better. I LOVE educating people in correct form, nutrition, appropriate exercises and technique, so they get strong safely. I LOVE improving people's posture. I LOVE seeing the smile on my clients' face when they feel strong and exceed their goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I want to reach people that do not want to go the gym. There are so many people looking to get healthier, but for many reasons do not feel comfortable in the gym. Why should they miss out on a healthier lifestyle? I can meet them where they feel safe and comfortable, and work toward their goals in their own space on their own time frame.
Why should our clients choose you?
I don't just build muscle, I build CONFIDENCE! I found fitness in college while studying interpersonal communication. Growing up, I was "chunky." I had very little self-esteem because I did not fit the mold of the ideal body type. All these years later, I have learned that fitness isn't about what you see in the media. It isn't about a number on the scale. It is about how you feel. It is about your strength. It is about your ability to move and do the things that you love to do. It is about your health. My knowledge of fitness and communication skills allow me to create programs that motivate and inspire my clients to be the best version of themselves.
