I recently needed blinds and called Budget Blinds in Ferndale. Tony Foster was absolutely amazing through the entire process. He even called to give me an estimated time he would be arriving. When he walked in the house, he took his shoes off. This was a huge deal for me as it showed respect for my home. He brought some samples and we talked about the different options. I’ve always had those awful metal blinds and I was so ready for something nice. After seeing the samples, I found something perfect within my price range. He measured my windows with a laser and took precise measurements. When people say you get what you pay for, they aren’t kidding. When the blinds arrived, they were exactly what I ordered. Oh, they are so beautiful! My blinds now actually fit the way they are supposed to fit. It makes the entire room look so clean. What I loved so much about Tony is he wasn’t pushy at all. There’s no bigger turn off than a hard sell. He had the most calming personality and genuinely wanted to find something that was perfect for me. He wasn’t selling to me; he was helping me. It’s so hard to get good customer service these days. Budget Blinds in Ferndale absolutely takes an old school approach to how they treat their customers. I would highly recommend using Tony of Budget Blinds of Ferndale for your window treatments. My wife and I purchased our first home, and having no real idea of preference for window treatments, we met with multiple companies. We ultimately chose to purchase from Tony because of his personal demeanor, quality of product, and price. In our initial consultation, Tony met with my wife and me and answered all the questions we threw at him, never once scoffing at how silly of a question it was from first time home owners, and never once displaying a lack of interest or loss of patience. Tony took the time to educate us in our investment, pointing out the differences in products, weighing the options, and helping us decide on a product that fit our needs and within our price point. We purchased blinds throughout the home and drapes in the master bedroom.It is important to note that Tony also does the installation of the product. This was important for my wife and me as it shows the commitment to the service and the product. Furthermore, my wife and I have a newborn, and when Tony came to install, he was considerate of noise, and perhaps more so, of the messy home. Budget Blinds provided window treatments for my home in West Bloomfield as well as my business in Royal Oak. Both experiences were excellent, quick turnaround, and a fair price. At home, Tony discussed design ideas with my wife and came up with solutions that made her very happy. At work, he was able to add roller shades to several windows that matched the existing shades. With large windows in my office and with most of them facing east, the heat would often times be unbearable and make it so that we could not get any work done. I mentioned this to Tony Foster and he suggested Solar Shades. He came and measured, showed us some samples, and a few days later came and did the installation. It was all done very quickly, very reasonably, and the results have been fantastic. I was a bit nervous selecting a window treatment company after reading all the unfortunate experiences people have had with various companies. I selected Budget Blinds of Littleton because they had a lot of positive reviews and Jaime was very knowledgeable and friendly during our meeting to get ideas and an estimate. We had some ideas of what we wanted, but really relied on his experience to help us make final decisions. We have a very large window in our living area and I wanted to install a shutter. I requested two separate sections, a bi-fold, and a split-tilt. Jaime totally delivered! It's perfect. I was also impressed with how quickly things went from order to install. We were just under a month which is awesome. Byron did an excellent job installing the shutters and Jaime had the remaining blinds (6 windows) up in no time. We had Faux Wood blinds installed on our screened in porch. Don was great to work with and was very knowledgeable when it came to their products. The blinds were ready quicker than we were told and Don was prompt at getting here and getting them installed. He did a great job of installing them and we have been extremely pleased with our decision to go with Budget Blinds.
