Abby is truly amazing. My teenage daughter was experiencing anxiety that was preventing her from experiencing life to it’s fullest. For example, we were never able to take family trips by plane because she was too nervous to fly. After a couple months of sessions with Abby, she came home and booked a flight and flew on her own (first flight and was all alone)!
