Great gym. Good attitude to surround yourself with. A little unorganized, but compensates with high talent instructors. I’ve only done the self defense stuff, Krav Maga is awesome, just starting to learn jujitsu.

So glad I dropped in! I was able to do the open 19.4 there and had a great experience! The athletes were friendly and welcoming and the coaching was great! The coach took time to help me work on my kipping and I really appreciate it!! Can't wait to go back! More...

Great CrossFit box with great coaches! I was the only person at the 10:30a class today. John jumped in and worked out with me so I wouldn't have to do a particularly tough wod alone. The coaches did a great job explaining to me a technique I'd never done, and helping me with other movements I'm working to master. More...

Went to the early CrossFit session with a co-worker. Levet was friendly and encouraging since it was my first time. He had no problems showing my how some of the workouts were performed. Gave me tips on form and even checked in multiple times to make sure that everything was going smoothly and that I was still pushing myself and not just slacking. I like the chains for the bench press. That is a new to me idea and it seemed to help. More...
