I love being someone people can come to and talk to about their problems when they feel love and can’t go on.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired by my family and peers, the people around and myself. I am a former athlete and staying fit has always been something to keep me going in the times of hardship.

I provide services both online and in person, I have a training app for online training, hybrid and in person.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
My business was started after covid, I use public gyms like planet fitness as my main, but I maintain a clean environment around me for my clients. Wipe down before and after every machine or use of equipment, keep clean hands before and after leaving the gym.
