How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I design exercises according to a clients goals and abilities. I have clients perform exercises according to how the body is suppose to lift, push and pull weights or body weight. I am well educated in health science, physical fitness and physics. Have B.S health and human performance.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
correct form when exercising and, nutrition should be natural and organic. Exercises should combine resistance, cardio, and core workouts.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people get physically active and healthy. Making people happy . I love changing people lives for the better. Being a personal trainer is also a challenging profession and I love a challenge. I always learn new things.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I been in physical fitness and athletics since i was a young teenager. I overcame many problems in life and, being physically fit will help propel you farther in life. Physical fitness is what I am good at and i have a deep love for physical fitness.
Why should our clients choose you?
I really do care about people , I want them to be healthy and free from pain and sadness. I have been a bodybuilder and athlete for many years. I am still active at the age of 60. I proven you can be fit at any age and in good health at any age. I can do 90 pushups without stopping, run 11 mph for 1 tenth of a mile, and I have low body fat at the age of 60. If I can do these things at an older age, would you like to know my secret of how I stay fit and strong? i am also proud to say I serve my Country, and this a great Country.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I did wear mask and kept a safe distance between me and the client. I also wipe down infected areas with sanitizers. Will wear mask if client want's.
