Back in gym after Pacer Implant surgery just Last Wed. I recently joined Browns. They have loads of machines, free weights and a clean locker room area with plentiful lockers and a steam room. They are a "no frills" gym. They don't "hard sell" you to join or offer any aerobics/classes. You join and you just do your work out... but they are there to help you out if needed. I have only been a few times so far, but the machines I want to use are always free. NOT over crowded. More...

Brown's Gym is the place to go for daily improvement of one's self. They keep it clean and sanitary. The staff are helpful and polite. There's something there for everyone and their individual goals... from losing some pounds to throwing massive weight around and everything in between. Free weights, dumb bells, machines and cardio equipment galore. Even when it's packed there's room and available equipment. Best gym EVER! I'm from out of town and Brown's just happened to be the closest gym that popped up on my search. As soon as I walked in, I knew this place had something most gyms are drifting away from.
