I called Brown Family Chem-Dry to clean 4 area rugs in my home. Cheryl was very friendly and informative on the phone making the appointment and Josh came out to do the cleaning. We had a white/gray 8x10 rug that hadn't gotten enough attention from us and as expected did not clean as well as we had hoped. Josh offered to take it to the shop and do a deeper cleaning there, at no extra charge. He even put a rush on it.The other 3 smaller rugs dried a little wonky, with some rippling at the edges. After speaking to Cheryl, she sent Josh back. He said that was normal and would fully flatten but offered to take them all in for more care. When they came back, they were all beautiful. Even the white one.I had an emergency in my family which delayed the return of the rugs and they were very kind and understanding. Cheryl even sent me a special little sympathy gift.Brown Chem Dry is a family owned and operated business and they truly take pride in what they do. Josh showed up on time.  He looked over what I wanted to be cleaned.  He gave me a quote that agreed with the quote I received over the phone.  He then went straight to work.  He said it would take him about 2 hours and he was done in about 2 hours.  He got out the stains I was concerned about and when he was finished, my carpet looked brand new.Josh was respectful, courteous, polite and professional.  I have used Brown Family Chem-dry in the past for my furniture and I was pleased then and I am pleased now. I was on the hunt for a reasonably priced carpet cleaning company for a building I manage to clean the carpets after tenants move out and wow- so happy that I found Brown Family Chem-Dry! I spoke to close to about 10 different companies in North County and they stood out in both customer service and price. It's a family owned and operated business and Cheryl, the mom, does all of the scheduling. She was extremely informative and told me all about their process on my first call and got me scheduled. I have now hired them 5+ times and have been thoroughly pleased with each encounter. Their technicians, Josh and the team are great. Trustworthy, dependable and the carpets always look great after. These guys are the BEST. Such great customer service, honest, reliable, and effective. Josh came by and worked an absolute MIRACLE. We took a gamble and bought some used restoration hardware linen couches that were totally filthy in hopes they would be salvageable. We did not have high hopes. They had been in a kids room and they were covered in stains, crayon, black marker, highlighter, dorito, chocolate ... you name it, it was probably on there. I wish I had taken before photos because these couches look incredible now! Josh was an absolute professional and perfectionist - taking time and care on each stain, informing us and educating us every step of the way. I tried this family owned business as I had heard good reviews online. I can see why they are so highly rated! The communication, friendliness and quality is the best that I have experienced in a long time. Quality in all aspects are really hard to find and I can't rave enough about how amazing they did. Our carpet is white and our dog happy tinkles so it can get worn pretty quickly. Our carpet seriously looks brand new and is so soft. Our carpet was pretty dirty when I called chem dry.  I really didn't expect this company or any company to be able to get the stains out.  There were two brothers from the Brown family who arrived exactly on time, cleaned for over two hours and Got every stain out.  Beautiful job!  And they wore masks and had business cards!  A big plus in the service market.  I highly recommend this company and I love that it is family owned and operated. First, I was impressed with the response I got when I requested a quote through Yelp.  Cheryl (Mom) just made me feel very comfortable the way she talked about being a family business and local.  She quoted me a price just to let me know what to expect.  The quote seemed reasonable.  I talked to her to get the service and she said it would be like June 16th.  I explained to her that I had family coming in late on the 10th for the weekend.  She then got me an appointment  on the 10th in the morning.  That make me happy.On the morning of the 10th Noah and Evan (sons) showed up at the stated time.  They explained that they needed time to measure and prepare a proper quote seeing the furniture that needed to be cleaned.  They spent several minutes measuring and talking and calculating.  They quoted me less that what Cheryl had quoted.  That was good too.Noah and Evan got right to work.  Since I work from home, I just went into my office and worked while they did their work.When they were finished, I inspected their work and WOW, they exceeded my expectations completely.These 2 young men were polite, respectful, and personable.  They were pleasant to converse with and appeared to know they stuff.Brown Family Chem Dry has won me as a customer for life.  If I need something cleaned I will absolutely call them.   I give them my highest recommendation. Recently I used Brown Family Chem Dry, they were exceptional polite and clean and super courteous on. They took interest every step of the way to see if I was satisfied. They also wanted me to look at their work and make sure I was satisfied. This family had the blue print on how to keep customers. I was so impressed by these two brothers. How amazing are these guys!! I wish there were more superlatives to describe Brown Family Chem-Dry. In at 10:00. Gone by 6:30 and they didn't even stop for lunch. Josh and Evan wouldn't give up on the 30 year old white plush carpet or the equally ancient arm chairs. The real challenge was our oversized velvet sofa that has been adored by our dog Bella.. Everything looks as good as new and the smell is fantastic. I could not be more pleased with these delightful young men.. Polite and so respectful of our property. "Mama" you raised some good ones!
